A seasoned veteran of mortgage banking, Barry possesses eighteen years of experience encompassing all aspects of residential financing, including twelve years as an owner/operator of Suncoast Mortgage Group, LLC, a successful Palm Beach County based mortgage lender funding over $300,000,000 in residential originations. Barry has a unique understanding of mortgage processing and underwriting guidelines as a result of his experience operating Suncoast Mortgage Group. This experience in loan processing and underwriting separates Barry from other mortgage bankers, as he’s able to quickly analyze credit scenarios and advise his clients as to their available options and circumnavigate any potential pitfalls early in the process.
Always striving to enhance his knowledge of the industry, Barry has developed a comprehensive understanding of residential purchase contract dissemination and property appraisal review -- both of which are extremely valuable assets to be considered when choosing a mortgage banker.

Barry hails from the suburbs of Detroit Michigan, and has resided in Southern Palm Beach County since graduating from college in 1989. He’s been married to his wife (Susan) for 27-years, and they have a 16-year old son and a dog named Jake. In his free time, he enjoys boating & watching his son play basketball. Barry has been with Foundation Mortgage since 2010.
